This is an action by plaintiff, Eva Wilson, for money had and received, against the defendants to recover from them certain payments which she had made on the purchase price of real estate. There is also a cross-complaint by Clyde J. Broadnax, defendant and respondent, against Ethel M. Moore, the seller of the property in question, to recover a real estate commission. The judgment was in favor of the defendants and against the appellant Eva Wilson and in favor of Clyde J. Broadnax on his cross-complaint against Ethel M. Moore.
