Order Jimmy Dean Wilson appeals from the judgment of the district court denying his application for a writ of habeas corpus pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2254.The petitioner was convicted in a Tennessee State Court of robbery, kidnapping and rape. The two issues raised in the habeas corpus petition were that the evidence in the state court was insufficient to support the jury's finding of guilt and that a line-up used for identification of the petitioner by the victim was impermissibly suggestive.
